Warranty Period

BLUETTI warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser,

For the product of portable power station, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.
For the product of home backup system, the warranty period varies from 48 months to 60 months.
For the product of solar panel and accessories as cable, charger etc, 12 months is provided for the warranty service.

No warranty for gifts product and Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:

A purchased order number made through BLUETTI official stores.
Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty
1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);

For any warranty claims, service performed by BLUETTI or local authorized service partner, subject to the options below:
Repaired by BLUETTI service center, or
Swap for a replacement product with equivalent specifications according to model and service life
In case of replacement, a refurbished model of equal value may be provided and the delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming the defective item has been received at BLUETTI warehouse.
A swap product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

The warranty extension is now only applicable for the model of AC200MAX, AC200P or B230 purchased from BLUETTI official website with protection against damage without service fee.

1. What is Power Lifting mode?

A. In this mode, AC180 can run high-power heating devices up to 2,700W, such as space heaters, hair dryers, electric blankets, etc.
Do NOT use this unit to run an air conditioner or washing machine.

2. Can it charge and discharge at the same time?

A. Yes.

3. How do I know whether my appliance can work well with the AC180P?

A. Calculate the total wattage of your devices. AC180 should work if the load doesn't exceed its rated 1,800W.

4. How long can it run my device?

A. The AC180 has different running times depending on the device you're using it with.
For high-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ load power.
For low-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power + self-consumption of AC180). DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency.
For AC180, DoD is 90%, η is 85%, and self-consumption is about 15W. E.g. If you run a 100W blender with it, the running time will be: 1152Wh × 90% × 85% ÷ (100W+15W) ≈ 7.66 hrs
Note: 1) The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. 2) The above data is for reference ONLY.

5. What's the difference between Silent, Standard, and Turbo Charging modes?

These are the 3 AC charging modes of AC180, each with a different input power and charging speed.

It generates only 45dB of sound in the silent charging mode.

A. The AC180 supports up to 1,440W input. Plug it into a wall outlet and turn on the Turbo Charging mode on the BLUETTI App, and you can fill it up in only 1.3-1.8 hours.

7. Does AC180P support BLUETTI App control?

A. Yes, via Bluetooth.

8. Is the AC180P waterproof?

A. No

9. Can it be laid on its side to save space?

A. No, this may damage the internal structure. Please keep it in an upright position either during storage or moving.

1:Can I use BLUETTI solar panels to charge third-party power stations?

A: Yes, you can. As long as they
1. have MC4 connectors.
2. have compatible specifications consistent with the voltage output of BLUETTI solar panels.

2: Is the BLUETTI PV200D waterproof?

A: No. The BLUETTI PV200D is IP65 water-resistant that provides protection against water splash. Please do not leave it in the rain or water for a long time.

3: Can it be installed directly onto the roof of my house?

A. No.

Q4: Can I mix different types of solar panels?

A: No. Mixing different solar panels is not encouraged in general. To get the maximum efficient solar panel system, we recommend you use solar panels of the same type and from the same vendor.
For example, two PV200 charging BLUETTI AC200P is acceptable, while one PV200+ one PV200D is not suggested.
