Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• (a) Improper maintenance, repair, installation, handling, packaging, transportation, storage, operation, or use not in compliance with Seller’s instructions

• (b) Product alteration, modification, or repair by anyone other than Seller or those specifically authorized by Seller

• (c) Accidents, contamination, weather exposure, foreign object damage, abuse, neglect, or mishandling after delivery

• (d) Failures caused by other Seller-supplied products not under warranty or by any third-party hardware/software

• (e) Use of counterfeit or non-approved replacement parts

• (f) Consumable products or components with a normal lifespan shorter than the warranty period

• (g) Products not manufactured by the Seller, even if included as components in Seller’s assemblies
