High-Definition Digital Output

CMAC systems feature a high-definition HDMI digital video output to provide the very best live, high-quality footage on compatible chartplotters, TVs, and dedicated monitors. CMAC can also be used with standard definition devices with any HDMI to composite video converter.

IRIS Control HTML5 App

Manage and control your onboard cameras and alarms via the Iris Control HTML5 app. Upload your deck plans and photos, drag and drop the dedicated camera and alarm icons, and you now have the most feature-rich and intuitive marine security and surveillance system in the world. Navigate through your deck plans and select camera icons to switch video inputs, control PTZ cameras via the ultra-responsive virtual joystick, configure and select camera tours and scans, activate thermal color palettes, gyro control, and much, much, more! Please note, the RMA tracking number is a reference number generated to allow you to track the progress of the repair and does not relate to any shipping reference. You will need to provide the product serial number and a copy of the original sales receipt / invoice which is required as proof of purchase for warranty repairs. The product serial number and/or invoice reference will be used to determine whether the item is still covered within its original warranty period, or extended warranty period if applicable. Providing the goods are covered by the warranty term you will be issued with your RMA reference number. Securely pack the device along with a copy of the RMA form you will be issued. Please note - failure to securely pack the goods when returning may also result in the warranty becoming invalid as damage caused through poorly packaged shipments is not covered by the warranty. If, upon inspection it is clear that any damage has occurred as a result of any of the exceptions listed in the section ‘Exceptions’, the warranty claim will be rendered void. We will notify the customer and advise the cost to cover the inspection, replacement or repair of the goods as well as a return shipping cost. In this circumstance, Iris reserve the right to retain the goods until the costs quoted to remedy the warranty claim, be it the inspection cost only or the inspection cost plus repair/replacement costs are paid in full.

Iris will endeavour to process warranty return claims as soon as possible so as not to inconvenience the customer, however firm turn around times cannot be given.
