American Hearth Boulevard 72" Linear Contemporary Gas Fireplace
Description
A Direct-Vent system uses two vent pipes. One draws air in from outdoors to support combustion. The other exhausts the by-products of combustion to the outside. The two vent pipes may be concentric (exhaust pipe within a larger diameter intake pipe) or co-linear (separate pipes of about the same size).
Combustion takes place inside a sealed chamber – with a glass front in the case of a fireplace. Room air circulates around the combustion chamber, often assisted by a blower, to heat the room.
A DV system is often installed along an outside wall to simplify the vent run, but can also be installed elsewhere in the home and vented through the roof.

The Boulevard can be tailored to your décor, whether traditional or contemporary, and comes in a variety of sizes– 36-inch, 48-inch, 60-inch, and 72-inch single-sided, and 48-inch see-through.
Linear 72-inch (DVLL72)
The Boulevard 72 (52,500 BTUs Nat and 50,000 BTUs Propane) comes with an additional wall-mounted two-button control to operate the stunning multi-color LED lighting system. Style your fireplace with crushed glass only, or add one of two available log sets– the contemporary Driftwood set (shown below) or the traditional Rustic set of logs, rocks, and coils.
Please Note: Picture Shown Boulevard 72-inch Direct-Vent Linear Fireplace with Black Glass Liner, Driftwood Log Set, Multi-color LED Lighting, and Clear Frost Crushed Glass (shown in tile custom surround). Not Included (Sold Separately).

- Every Boulevard includes an electronic intermittent ignition system that eliminates the standing pilot to help you save energy and money
- The system includes battery back-up located in a wall box for manual or remote operation
- The remote allows you to switch to a standing pilot mode, which is recommended in cold climate conditions
